“Yerang, One Day in Hanok,” located in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, is a spacious hanok (traditional Korean house) located in a lush forest. Its owner built this house to share the unique experience of living in a hanok. There are two units, all rented out in whole. Each building has a grass lawn and stone fences for privacy. Red pine used in the construction of the rooms fills the space with a unique and pleasant scent of pine, which gives relaxation to mind and body.
Myeongonjeon is a two-story building. Its first floor has two double bedrooms, one ondol (under-the-floor heating system) room, and a living room. The kitchen is furnished with refrigerator, gas stove, utensils, and even basic spices. The second floor has a soundproof karaoke room and a hall equipped with beam projector for events. Huidamjeon, the second building in the complex, is centered around a living room with beautiful exposed beams and has two double bedrooms, one ondol room, and two restrooms. Like Myeongonjeon, it is furnished with cooking facilities, and its lawn is equipped with an outdoor table and grilling facilities.
